Introduction

The below is designed to inform you of how Make My Fantasy charges for its services and how it will deal and process payments on your behalf. We reserve the right to make changes to our Fee and Payment Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

You are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Fee and Payment Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Policy is posted.

Member Fees

As a member, any fee quoted will be the fee paid. Our fee is exclusively taken from a share of the performers revenue and will be deducted post sale.

Member Payments

Upon the purchase of any premade clip, payment will be deducted via our chosen payment gateway provider.

Funds relating to requesting custom content, once agreed with both member and the performer, will be held in escrow. These funds will be held without interest and once both parties have agreed, will be released to the performer.

Performer Fees

Make My Fantasy Ltd operate a simple and specific fee policy, any revenue generated either through custom content or premade clips will be charged a 25% administrational sales fee. The net proceeds of any sale will then be held on account to be distributed to the performer via the monthly payment process. Within the first 10 working days of every month, Make My Fantasy will issue any income earned to date providing it exceeds the minimum threshold of $100. Please allow up to five working days for funds to clear into your account. There will be an additional $0.30 fee to cover the bank transfer each month, your income will be paid net of all fees. For any foreign currency, we use the banks current exchange rate and take no responsibility for the difference with current market rates.

Please note it is the responsibility of the performer to declare income in their relevant country and pay any applicable sales tax relating to local tax law. Make My Fantasy Ltd takes no responsibilityfor any tax liability relating to income generated by performers through MakeMyFantasy.co.uk

Custom Content Dispute       

Funds relating to requesting custom content, once agreed with both member and the performer, will be held in escrow. These funds will be held without interest and once both parties have agreed, will be released to the performer.

Any disputes relating to this transaction can be disputed via Make My Fantasy by utilizing the dispute function. Make My Fantasy will then intervene requesting information from both sides to help satisfy the dispute. Any decision made by Make My Fantasy is final without appeal.

Refund Policy

A refund due as a result of a successful dispute relating to custom content, will be refunded within 14 working days.

The purchase of premade clips is nonrefundable.
